ROOF SURVEY

We were asked to survey the roof of a private residence as the owner was looking to make repairs where necessary. They wanted to be able to approach contractors with confidence, knowing what might need to be done before they got suggestions as to what work should be undertaken.

As they said "For all we know there are no tiles on the top half of the roof and our chimney's hanging on by a thread."

Our thermal images were able to highlight areas of poor insulation, cracks and where heat was escaping, to enable them to also make decisions on work to carry out immediately, as well as energy saving measures they may want to consider in the future.

They also asked for a 3D model of their house for future reference, to assess boundaries and for posterity.
